1. Timer Controls

• START RELAY: Begins the race clock and auto-hides setup.
• STOP: Pauses recording.
• RESET: 'OK' clears all. 'Cancel' keeps names for the next heat.

2. Team Cards

• EXCHANGE Button: Tap at handoff. Changes to red FINISH for the last leg.
• Active Leg: The current runner's name will automatically bold and enlarge.
• Splits: Tap a runner's name to record a pacing split.
